About us.
FEA Training and Development Centre is located just outside of Manzini Town Centre, opposite Mavuso Trade Centre. FEA Training and Development Centre (FEATDC) comprises of a Preschool Teacher Training College, Primary School and a demonstration Preschool. Our mission is to provide quality, viable and sustainable early childhood development and also provide care and teaching services for the Swati child.

Aim
To give a complete high quality preschool teacher training based on a clear Christian foundation.
Development Goals
To promote the idea of caring and educating preschool children among churches and local communities; and to increase chances for better income for women.

Women, preschool teachers who teach at preschools without a qualification. Children from around Manzini for the demonstration preschool and the primary school
Affiliation
We are affiliated to Queen Maud's University College in Norway; member of the network for preschool teacher training and preschool development in Southern Africa; and the Competence Sharing Network Projects in Southern and Eastern Africa.
FEA Church
The Free Evangelical Assemblies in the Kingdom of Eswatini is our governing body. We are governed by the beliefs of the church and its way of raising children.
Our Administration
The Principal and the Deputy Principal lead the Institution. The Administrator ensures the smooth running of operations of the Institution at all levels. The Administration works with the Preschool teachers, Primary school teachers as well as the College part-time lecturers to ensure that the Vision of the school is attained.
